Job summary

ALTOUR, a division of Internova Travel Group, seeks a Sourcing Manager with event experience to lead venue sourcing for meetings and events. The role focuses on strategic supplier negotiations, data accuracy, and collaborating with the designated Meeting Planner to ensure objectives align with client goals.

The ideal candidate will manage RFPs, leverage CVent, and drive value while maintaining strong client relationships and high-quality execution for top client programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in meetings/events sourcing
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead venue sourcing for low to medium complexity meetings and events
• Run RFPs and negotiate with venues to meet client objectives
• Coordinate with Meeting Planner for smooth hand-off and knowledge transfer
• Manage client budgets and ensure accurate data in internal systems
