Job summary

ALTOUR, a division of Internova Travel Group, seeks a Sourcing Manager with event experience to lead venue sourcing for client meetings and events. You will collaborate with a Meeting Planner, source venues via RFPs, and negotiate contracts to meet client objectives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in meetings/events sourcing, a related associate degree, and strong skills in CVent, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Travel will be required to support programs nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the meetings/events industry with a sourcing focus.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong sourcing and contract-negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead venue sourcing for low to medium complexity client meetings and events.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategy using CVent and other tools.
• Negotiate with venues to deliver client value and objectives.
• Coordinate hand-off to Meeting Planner for program delivery.
• Maintain accurate budgeting and data inputs in project systems.
• Stay informed on trends in venues, sourcing practices, and client service.
