Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to manage small and medium-size customers and distribution, build relationships, and drive growth.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions across channels. This role may be regional or global, requiring a bachelor’s degree or military equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and United States work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer org levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan; develop sales plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plan and guide product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
