Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to grow the regional account portfolio and manage distribution with large accounts. You will identify customer needs, craft solutions, and drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations.

You will develop forecasts, lead price discussions, and explore new product opportunities while building strong relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across levels within customer org.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
