Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth with small to medium customers, manage distribution, and build relationships with key influencers. You will generate leads, define sales territories, analyze sales data, and present technical solutions across channels.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, regional scope, and occasional global reach. A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at E5 level, plus 3+ years in sales, are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across multiple levels within a customer organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market data to shape sales decisions and new product development.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
