Job summary

Kroger Co. seeks a Lead Solutions professional to direct a solutions team, apply lean methods, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across General Office and divisions.

You will develop and summarize processes, guide implementation, and support Customer 1st initiatives with store associates, while upholding Kroger's values of respect, integrity, and safety. The role requires managing large-scale projects, facilitating sessions, and aligning with senior leadership on business strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management/process improvement experience
• 2+ years as a business owner
• Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions
• Ability to lead a team of highly driven and talented individuals
• Ability to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities/strategies
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Understanding of organizational impacts from changes to business processes/technologies
• Ability to develop, re-engineer and document business processes
• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive toward solutions
• Knowledge of lean tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of in-store activities, including observations and measurements
• Ability to travel independently (<75%)

Responsibilities

• Lead process design team in developing enterprise-level business processes
• Lead and direct large teams and manage high-scope projects
• Define and document current/future state business processes, identify improvements
• Observe divisions/stores, create performance measurements, summarize observations
• Supervise and coach direct reports and provide feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Customer 1st strategy
