Job summary

Kroger Co. is seeking a seasoned Solutions Development leader to guide the solutions team and coordinate enterprise projects.

You will apply lean tools to gather, analyze, and summarize data for solution development, testing, and rollout, supporting the Freshness & Standards objectives across General Office and divisions. You will work with stakeholders from G.O., divisions, and store associates to drive Customer 1st initiatives, defining current/future state processes and communicating

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management/process improvement experience.
• 2+ years as a business owner.
• Ability to lead a team of highly driven and talented individuals.
• Knowledge of lean tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design team to develop efficient enterprise-level business processes.
• Direct large teams and manage projects large in scope and complexity.
• Summarize current/future state work processes with division leadership.
• Collaborate with senior management to understand business strategies and plans.
• Guide working sessions to develop current/future state processes.
• Partner with Corporate Training to develop training modules.
