Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Senior Process Specialist to lead the solutions team in developing efficient enterprise-level business processes that improve work methods and customer experience.

You will collaborate with General Office divisions, store associates, and cross-functional partners to map current and future state processes, document standards, and support Customer 1st strategy while upholding corporate values of respect, honesty, integrity, and safety.

Qualifications

• Senior Process Specialist with 3+ years of process improvement experience.
• Ability to lead a team of highly driven and talented individuals.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with lean tool knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of efficient enterprise-level business processes.
• Ensure rollout support aligned with Customer 1st strategy.
• Establish relationships with division leadership and stores.
• Facilitate working sessions to develop current/future state processes.
• Model and update standards.
• Develop training modules with Corporate Training.
• Collaborate with Finance to document financial impact.
• Travel to divisions and stores to document processes.
• Supervise and coach direct reports.
