Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to drive messaging for Intelligence Center X and Mendix, translating complex platform capabilities into customer-centric narratives that resonate with executives and technical buyers.

You will collaborate across Product Marketing, Sales, Industry teams, Campaigns, and Field Marketing to accelerate pipeline and guide strategic growth initiatives, supported by a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, or Go-to-Market roles within enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
• Experience developing solution messaging for AI, analytics, cloud platforms, application development, or enterprise technology.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and complex solution selling.
• Experience creating sales enablement content and customer-facing messaging.
• Excellent written, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technologies.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Ability to work effectively within a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated solution messaging and positioning for Intelligence Center X and Mendix across priority industries and use cases.
• Translate platform capabilities into customer-focused narratives that articulate business outcomes and value.
• Create messaging frameworks tailored to key buying personas including CIOs, business leaders, data and AI teams, and application developers.
• Ensure messaging aligns with Intelligence Center X and Mendix narrative while addressing industry priorities.
