Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to join the Growth team for Intelligence Center X and Mendix. You will craft customer-centric narratives, translate platform capabilities into business value, and collaborate across product, sales, and field marketing to accelerate pipeline.

You will develop industry messaging, support launches, and enable sales with compelling content tailored to executives and technical buyers, in a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, or Go-to-Market roles within enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
• Experience developing solution messaging for AI, analytics, cloud platforms, application development, or enterprise technology.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and complex solution selling.
• Experience creating sales enablement content and customer-facing messaging.
• Excellent written, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technologies.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated solution messaging and positioning for Intelligence Center X and Mendix across priority industries and use cases.
• Translate platform capabilities into customer-focused narratives that articulate business outcomes and value.
• Create messaging frameworks for key buying personas including CIOs and business leaders.
• Ensure messaging aligns with Intelligence Center X and Mendix narrative and priorities.
• Create solution briefs, messaging guides, and sales tools for GTM programs.
• Enable sales teams with messaging to position Intelligence Center X and Mendix against priorities.
