Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to join the Growth team focused on Intelligence Center X and Mendix. You will craft compelling narratives linking the platform to enterprise challenges and opportunities.

Collaborate across Product Marketing, Sales, Industry teams, Campaigns, and Field Marketing to translate the core story into customer-centric messaging, industry plays, and sales-ready content that accelerates pipeline.

Qualifications

6-10 years in Solutions/Go-to-Market marketing within enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
Experience creating sales enablement content and customer-facing messaging.
Ability to simplify complex technologies for executive and technical buyers.
Strong collaboration across product, sales, marketing, and leadership.
Experience marketing AI, ML, low-code platforms, data platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop differentiated messaging for Intelligence Center X and Mendix across industries.
Translate platform capabilities into customer-focused narratives and business outcomes.
Create sales tools, playbooks, and assets to accelerate pipeline.
Enable sales with messaging for priority accounts and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, and Communications.
Monitor market trends and gather feedback to refine messaging.
