Keyfactor, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer for the West region.

The role focuses on leading technical discussions and developing solutions for key accounts, while mentoring junior team members and supporting strategic sales initiatives. You will collaborate with product management and engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, stay ahead of industry trends, and contribute to product enhancements and innovation across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience in leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts.
Ability to drive large customer meetings (onsite and virtual) and document an architecture and deployment roadmap.
Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions with key clients and translate requirements into advanced solutions.
Drive solution development for major accounts to meet business objectives and technical robustness.
Provide expert guidance to internal teams and clients as a subject matter expert.
Contribute to strategic sales initiatives and advise on product capabilities.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other teams to align customer needs with product features.
Stay updated on industry trends to inform product enhancement and innovation.
Act as trusted advisor and build strong client relationships through technical credibility.
Mentor and coach junior members to grow technical skills and careers.
Participate in product testing and provide actionable feedback.
