Keyfactor in the United States (West, remote) is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical discussions with key accounts and develop tailored solutions. You will mentor junior team members, contribute to strategic sales initiatives, and work with product and engineering to align customer requirements with capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading technical discussions for key accounts.
• Ability to drive strategic sales initiatives and mentor juniors.
• Strategic thinker with market and customer insight.
• Independent, able to run large meetings onsite or virtual.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with key clients, understanding requirements and delivering advanced technical solutions.
• Drive solution development for key accounts tailored to customer needs and robust technically.
• Provide advanced technical guidance to internal teams and clients as SME.
• Support strategic sales initiatives by leveraging product knowledge and customer insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other teams to align requirements with capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building relationships through expertise and reliability.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to grow their skills and careers.
• Participate in product testing and provide actionable feedback to improve UX.
