Keyfactor is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for the West region to lead technical discussions, tailor solutions for strategic accounts, and mentor junior teammates while aligning product capabilities with customer needs.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, and sales to drive adoption, stay ahead of industry trends, and act as a trusted advisor delivering value through secure trust infrastructure knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Strategic thinking to contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Mentorship skills to support the growth and development of junior team members.
• Adaptability to handle evolving market dynamics and customer needs.
• Ability to independently drive large customer meetings (onsite and virtual) to develop and document a recommended architecture and deployment roadmap.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discussions with key clients, understanding requirements and providing advanced technical solutions.
• Drive solution development for key accounts, tailoring solutions to meet needs and be robust.
• Provide advanced technical guidance to internal teams and clients as a SME.
• Contribute to strategic sales initiatives leveraging product knowledge to support sales strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, etc. to align requirements with capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings for product insights.
• Act as trusted advisor, building relationships based on expertise and value.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to develop skills.
• Participate in product testing and feedback to improve quality and UX.
