Keyfactor in the United States is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for the West region. You will lead technical discussions with high-value accounts, drive solution development, and act as a senior technical advisor across teams.

The role requires senior-level expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor others while contributing to sales initiatives and product feedback. Travel up to 25-40% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with key clients, understanding requirements and providing advanced solutions.
• Drive solution development for key accounts, tailoring solutions to customer needs and ensuring technical robustness.
• Provide advanced technical guidance to internal teams and clients, serving as a subject matter expert.
• Contribute to strategic sales initiatives by leveraging product knowledge and understanding of customer needs to support sales strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide insights for product enhancements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building relationships based on technical expertise and value delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their technical skills.
• Participate in product testing and provide meaningful feedback to improve product quality.
