Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to inspire customers by showing what’s possible with the Webflow platform. You will partner with sales, customer success, and product to architect and demonstrate solutions that unlock business value.

You’ll guide evaluations, conduct deep discovery and design, and lead workshops to help customers meet strategic and technical objectives in a remote-first environment. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar
• Ability to drive a consultative approach and help customers solve problems
• Creatively problem solve with AI where appropriate

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and support multiple active opportunities, ensuring on-time delivery
• Guide customers through evaluation to ensure business objectives and technical requirements are met
• Conduct discovery, solution design, validation, and business case development
• Present stories through demos highlighting Webflow benefits for customer objectives
• Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate
• Influence product direction by representing customer voice
• Support cross-functional initiatives to advance Webflow’s mission
• Travel up to 25%
