Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to inspire customers by showcasing the art of what’s possible with the Webflow platform. You will tell our differentiated story, demonstrating how our solution meets business objectives and technical requirements.

You’ll partner with multiple Account Executives and lead hands-on workshops, guiding customers through discovery, solution design, and validation while influencing product direction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
• Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
• Take a consultative approach and are passionate about helping customers solve problems.
• Consistently demonstrate strong storytelling within discovery and/or product demo sessions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with 2-3 Account Executives & support multiple active customer opportunities across Enterprise, ensuring on-time solution delivery.
• Guide customers through evaluation of Webflow to meet business objectives and technical requirements.
• Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business-case development.
• Present stories through demonstrations that highlight Webflow benefits and outcomes.
