Job summary
Webflow is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to inspire customers by showing what is possible with the Webflow platform. You will tell a differentiated story that aligns solutions with business objectives and technical needs.
As part of a Solutions Engineering team, you’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to architect and demonstrate impactful solutions for Enterprise customers, travel up to 25%, and help shape the product roadmap with the voice of the customer.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer in web development.
- Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages: HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
- Consultative approach with a passion for solving customer problems.
- Strong storytelling in discovery and product demo sessions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and support multiple opportunities across Enterprise.
- Guide customers through evaluation to ensure business objectives and technical requirements are met.
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, validation and business-case development.
- Present compelling narratives through demos highlighting Webflow benefits.
- Lead hands-on workshops and influence product direction by representing customer voice.
- Travel up to 25%.
