Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to inspire customers by illustrating the art of what’s possible with the Webflow platform. You will tell our differentiated story and show how our solution helps customers meet business objectives.

As a Lead Solutions Engineer, you’ll partner with Account Executives, guide evaluations, conduct discovery and design, and lead workshops and trials to demonstrate value. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent storytelling and consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support multiple opportunities across our Enterprise segment and ensure on-time solution delivery.
• Guide customers through the evaluation process to ensure that Webflow meets business objectives and technical requirements.
• Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development.
• Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key objectives and challenges.
• Lead hands‑on workshops and trials where appropriate.
• Influence product direction for short & long‑term success by representing the customer voice.
• Lead strategic cross‑functional initiatives that advance Webflow’s mission.
• Travel up to 25%.
