Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
- Know how to drive a consultative approach & are passionate about helping customers solve problems.
- Creatively problem solve with AI where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives & support multiple opportunities, coordinating with stakeholders for on-time delivery.
- Guide customers through evaluation to ensure business objectives and technical requirements are met.
- Conduct discovery, solution design, validation and business case development.
- Present demos that highlight benefits of Webflow to objectives and challenges.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials when appropriate.
- Influence product direction by representing the customer voice.
- Travel up to 25%.
