Fin is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect fluent in Portuguese and Spanish to join our Customer Solutions Team in New York. You will lead technical discovery, articulate Fin's value, design tailored POCs, and guide RFPs while partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure customer needs shape our AI-powered solutions.

Applicants should have 4+ years in technical sales, strong presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into Fin solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required.
• 4+ years in a technical sales role managing C-level relationships.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to conduct technical discovery and deliver value presentations.
• Translate complex business challenges into Fin solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify customer needs.
• Deliver pre-sales experiences articulating Fin's value and technical expertise.
• Conduct value-based solution reviews and technical sessions.
• Design and lead tailored POCs showcasing Fin's capabilities.
• Manage RFPs and security questions with standardized materials.
