Ladders is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a fully remote role in the United States. You will guide technical sales conversations, shape solution designs, and help move complex infrastructure opportunities forward.

You will partner with an Account Executive and channel partners to understand customer needs and translate technical value into business outcomes. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure design, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure design, operation, or sales.
• CCNP-level certification or the ability to obtain it within 12 months.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
• Experience with pre-sales solutions engineering or technology decision-making on the customer side is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience across multiple architectures, including networking, security, and data center, is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Co-own a territory with an Account Executive and represent the company's full portfolio.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, from engineers to CIOs.
• Collaborate with channel partners to address customer infrastructure needs.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and demonstrations to advance opportunities.
• Use AI tools to enhance discovery and demo processes.
• Develop and execute account strategies in partnership with the Account Executive.
• Support customer adoption of solutions and drive ongoing value.
