Job summary

F5 is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support the sales team with deep technical expertise in F5 solutions and related ecosystem. This role focuses on customers and partners in North America and requires skilled presentations, demos, and POCs along with mentoring of sales teams.

The SE will articulate F5’s value, drive opportunities, and collaborate across resources to deliver customer-centric outcomes throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in sales engineering or similar roles.
• Experience with traffic management and load-balancing technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and security products.

Responsibilities

• Articulate F5’s product strategy and value proposition to customers.
• Provide tech expertise via presentations, designs, demos and POCs.
• Mentor sales teams on value and business drivers.
• Assess opportunity viability and map organizational structure.
• Lead the sales process with Account Manager and technical decision makers.
• Deliver world-class service throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and knowledge.
