Job summary
Tandem Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of pre-sales engagements. You will partner with Account Executives and engage directly with prospects to translate complex logistics workflows into compelling demos.
The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role and is comfortable understanding logistics and writing code. This position is fully remote and offers excellent benefits.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years in a technical customer-facing role.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
- Comfortable reading and writing code.
- Familiarity with various delivery and fulfillment platforms.
- Strong commercial instincts and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand their needs.
- Build and deliver tailored demos adapted to each vertical.
- Scope and run proof-of-concept integrations.
- Stay hands-on through initial implementation on key deals.
- Architect delivery solutions for enterprise deals.
- Respond to RFPs and technical due diligence requests.
- Produce detailed integration specs and documentation.
- Surface feedback to shape your company’s product roadmap.
