Keyfactor is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, Central, to join our remote-capable team in the United States. You will lead technical discussions, tailor solutions for large accounts, and provide expert guidance across industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in leading technical discussions for key accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Strategic thinking to contribute to sales strategies.
• Mentorship skills to support junior team growth.
• Adaptability to evolving market and customer needs.
• Ability to drive large customer meetings (onsite and virtual) and document architecture.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, identity & security solutions; networking basics.
• Security certifications (CISSP etc.) a plus.
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Lead technical discussions with key clients and map requirements to advanced solutions.
• Drive solution development for key accounts tailored to customer needs.
• Provide expert guidance to internal teams and clients as SME.
• Support strategic sales initiatives with deep product knowledge.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings for product feedback.
• Act as trusted advisor, building client relationships through reliability and value.
