Job summary
Keyfactor is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions for US-based clients, with remote EST flexibility.
You will partner with Sales on pre-sales activities, guide architecture discussions, mentor junior engineers, and drive security-centric outcomes, while ensuring delivery excellence and customer success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity.
- Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure, and PKI concepts.
- Experience with AD CS/ADFS and Unix/Linux environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale projects.
- Drive innovation and thought leadership in customer engagements.
- Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales activities.
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks in solution implementations.
- Contribute to improvement of service delivery processes.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Engage with customers to understand business challenges and objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
