Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer who is fluent in German to join our Sales Support team. You will blend technical acumen with business sense to support the sales process from start to finish, translating customer pain points into value‑driven solutions and leading end‑to‑end presales activities.

You will develop tailored demos, address security and architecture concerns, and build architectures for on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable track record in a client-facing Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect position.

Responsibilities

• Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team
• Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly
• Lead end-to-end Presales activities & create strong value propositions
• Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value
• Ensure delivery of strong Rfx’s, contextualized demos and powerful PoV’s
• Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process
• Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process
• Be an evangelist of UiPath solutions by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution
• Develop solution architectures for customers for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform
• Participate in knowledge sharing inside and outside of the Presales team
• Build solutions for different industry verticals
• Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs, speaking at UiPath events and other industry events
• Work closely with Product teams for improvement of functionalities and adding external technologies to the UiPath ecosystem
• Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback on the product roadmap
