As a Senior Solutions Engineer in the US market, you will partner with engineering and content leaders to design and prove outcomes that match customer goals, combining pre-sales discovery with technical architecture.

This hybrid role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with sales, CSMs, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, including at least 3 years in B2B pre-sales for an API-first or developer-focused SaaS product.
• Strong working knowledge of GraphQL and modern web architectures (React, Next.js, Svelte) and headless/composable approaches.
• Consultative approach focusing on business outcomes and value of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to uncover a prospect's business goals, current architecture, and success criteria.
• Design and present solution architectures tailored to each prospect's stack and constraints.
• Build and deliver demos, including web front-end prototypes with modern frameworks.
• Scope and run Proof of Outcomes engagements with measurable success criteria.
• Lead technical workshops and deep dives for executives, architects, developers, and content teams.
• Own the technical win in late-stage deals, addressing security, scalability, integration, and migration questions.
• Partner with Account Executives on account strategy and deal planning.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on customer needs and market trends.
