Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and grow its presales function in NYC. You will hire, ramp, and develop a team of 5-10 Solutions Engineers, while owning forecasting and the regional playbook that drives revenue in your market.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to connect technical value with business outcomes, coaching on MEDDPICC and the Command of the Message. This is a founding leadership role with hybrid work in NYC.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, managing, and developing Solution Engineering presales teams.
• Owned full employee lifecycle from hiring through onboarding and promotions.
• Proven ability to coach SEs on MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• Capable of presenting business value to C-level audiences and leading exec readouts.

Responsibilities

• Hire, ramp, and develop a team of 5-10 Solutions Engineers in NYC.
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance reporting for presales.
• Design and evolve the demo methodology and presales playbook.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.
