Job summary

Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform, is hiring Solutions Engineers to build the presales function in DACH. You will be one of the first SEs shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model.

You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal, acting as a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from

Qualifications

2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in SaaS.
Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to discovery points with AE, using Tell-Show-Tell.
Applies solution designs and best practices to customer use cases with core ecosystem functions.
Identifies deal risk and next steps, escalating clearly to the AE for action.
Knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message; able to articulate Synthesia value.

Responsibilities

Co-plan and support discovery calls with AE to understand requirements and challenges.
Deliver demonstrations that map to customer problems and illustrate Synthesia's value.
Address technical objections and integration questions with the broader ecosystem.
Contribute assessments of technical fit and opportunity risk for deal strategy.
Maintain shared progress updates with the deal team and manager.
