Alkira seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales for the Midwest to lead technical engagements in enterprise deals. You will own the technical narrative from initial conversations through POC to deal close, partnering with Account Managers to tailor solutions and respond to customer needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales engineering role.
• Strong networking and routing fundamentals.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise network design and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Present and demo the Alkira platform to technical decision makers, from engineer to CIO.
• Scope, run and win Proof of Concepts end to end.
• Assist customers with design and deployment based on best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Management to relay customer feedback and help drive roadmap.
