Job summary

Alkira is seeking a high-energy Solutions Engineer to support our SaaS platform for large Enterprise accounts. You will demo Alkira services to technical decision makers, articulate the value proposition, and help shape the roadmap by understanding customers' technical needs.

In this full-time role you will collaborate with the Sales team, run Proofs of Concepts, assist with design and deployment, and work with Product Management to translate customer feedback into features.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of technology sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong networking fundamentals and routing knowledge (BGP/OSPF).
• Experience with IPsec VPNs, cloud networking, and security architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and enterprise engagement.

Responsibilities

• Present and demo Alkira service to technical decision makers.
• Clearly articulate the Alkira value proposition and understand market landscape.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand customer requirements and assist with technical asks.
• Lead and conduct Proof of Concepts.
• Assist customers with design and deployment based on best practices.
• Provide feedback to Product Management from the customer lens.
• Track and drive customer feature requests with Product Management.
