You will learn and become an expert in the Acquia Cloud Platform, providing trusted guidance to future clients while supporting the sales process and customer success. This role emphasizes collaboration and continuous learning across teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role; SaaS familiarity is preferred.
• Experience at a SaaS company or with Drupal and cloud architectures.
• Strong interest in web technologies and open-source development.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Acquia products, solutions, and value propositions.
• Gather customer needs to tailor solutions with Acquia products.
• Create solution proposals, presentations, and customer communications.
