Job summary

Bridge is hiring a Solutions Engineer to sit at the intersection of engineering and partnerships, owning the technical relationship with our partners end to end. You are the bridge between our platform and our partners, on calls, in Slack, and in the codebase.

The role is equal parts engineering and relationship, and you will run kickoff calls, ship integrations, and maintain partner-facing tooling while translating partner needs into clear specs and product asks.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of engineering experience in a client-facing or partner-facing role.
• Direct partner or customer-facing experience; you have led calls and relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in TypeScript, Node, and React; broad knowledge across other stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner technical relationship from kick-off to ongoing integration support.
• Field inbound Slack questions from partner teams and provide timely responses.
• Run 3–5 partner kick-off calls per week and manage implementation plans.
• Ensure SLA coverage, including occasional weekend support.
• Maintain and execute against the backlog of partner-facing features, integrations, libraries, and SDKs.
• Contribute to new service lines, build integrations, and create external documentation.
