Job summary

Playson is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer who takes full ownership of partner integrations from onboarding to go-live and beyond. This delivery-focused, highly technical role acts as the bridge between partners, commercial teams, and engineering, driving multiple integrations in parallel for high-quality delivery.

You will own end-to-end integration lifecycle, design solutions, and collaborate with onboarding, engineering, and sales to ensure successful launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in integration management, technical account management, or solutions engineering.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP and related web technologies.
• Experience with API security (API keys, OAuth, JWT) and request signing (HMAC).
• Familiarity with logs/monitoring tools (ELK/Kibana/Grafana).
• Ability to read and create technical documentation including API docs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes.
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with a delivery-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner integrations from kickoff to go-live.
• Drive multiple integrations in parallel with timely delivery.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact for partners and internal teams.
• Lead technical discussions and design solutions aligned with partner needs.
• Translate requirements into precise technical specs and documentation.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Onboarding, and Engineering teams to meet business goals.
• Provide technical sign-off before every go-live milestone.
• Improve integration processes, docs, and scalability over time.
