Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a senior software engineer for the Solutions Engineering Team. You will design and implement cross-system integrations, build automation, and mentor team members including non-engineers.

You will partner with commercial, product, and engineering stakeholders to scope solutions that fit real timeframes and constraints. We value strong Rails experience, API-driven development, and a mindset toward architecture, monitoring, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years writing readable, tested, and efficient production code.
• Strong Rails experience preferred; open to exceptional backend engineers who can ramp quickly on Rails.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and integrations across service boundaries.
• Experience in a solutions engineering, implementation, or customer-facing technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Shape complex, cross-system integrations and design reusable templates and automation.
• Identify root causes and drive fixes with follow-up actions to prevent recurrence.
• Mentor engineers including non-engineers who code or build automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope solutions fitting timeframes and constraints.
