Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a software engineer to join the Solutions Engineering Team. You will design tailored technical solutions using Omada's products and systems and demonstrate value to customers.

You will build tooling to eliminate toil, integrate services, and leverage AI-assisted development to move faster while collaborating with product, commercial, and engineering teams. Remote-friendly with a focus on quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years writing readable, tested production code.
• Strong Rails experience; other backend languages welcome.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and APIs/integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and automation.
• Ability to ship measurable improvements and communicate with stakeholders.
• Solid debugging and SDLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build tooling to remove repetitive work and automate workflows.
• Own enhancements within automations and integrations.
• Partner with commercial, product, and engineering teams.
• Contribute to root-cause investigations and on-call triage.
• Work with senior engineers on architecture for large changes.
• Use AI to speed development and deliver value.
