Job summary
Omada Health is seeking a software engineer to join the Solutions Engineering Team. You will build and ship home-grown tooling that removes repetitive, manual work, design integrations across Omada’s systems, and demonstrate value to customers. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to deliver scalable solutions and reduce toil.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years writing readable, tested, and efficient production code.
- Strong Rails experience preferred; open to exceptional backend engineers ramping on Rails.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and consuming APIs and integrations across service boundaries.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development and code generation practices.
- Familiarity with workflow-automation platforms like Tines or n8n.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship home-grown tooling to remove repetitive, manual work.
- Own enhancements within automations and integrations with stakeholders.
- Investigate root causes and contribute to preventive fixes.
- Work with senior engineers on architecture for cross-system changes.
- Participate in on-call rotations and assist internal teams.
