International Business Machines Corporation is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (HashiCorp Portfolio) to drive technical pre-sales activities, design viable client solutions, and deliver demonstrations and proofs of concept for enterprise clients.

You will stay current on HashiCorp capabilities, support sales opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove technical barriers to deals.

Competenze

• Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering: Relevant experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or equivalent hands-on technical practitioner experience.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of DevOps, cloud, IT operations, security, microservices, containers, and related technologies.
• Enterprise Customer Experience: Experience implementing, demonstrating, or supporting software solutions for enterprise customers.
• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Problem Solving: Ability to understand complex customer challenges and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
