International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for the HashiCorp portfolio. The role focuses on selling complex cloud, DevOps, and security solutions to enterprise clients through technical demonstrations, tailored designs, and collaborative sales support.

The candidate will stay current on HashiCorp offerings and work with cross-functional teams to drive opportunities.

Competenze

Relevant experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering or equivalent hands-on practice.
Strong knowledge of DevOps, cloud, IT operations, security, microservices, containers.
Enterprise customer experience: implementing or supporting software solutions for large customers.
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
Problem solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success).

Mansioni

Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and business needs and map HashiCorp solutions to those needs.
Design viable client solutions using HashiCorp portfolio capabilities and adapt designs to customer requirements.
Deliver technical proof points via demonstrations, POTs, POCs, workshops, solution designs, proposals, and MVPs.
Showcase solutions with hands-on demonstrations and customized technical experiences.
Maintain up-to-date expertise on HashiCorp portfolio, capabilities, limitations, and competitive offerings.
Support sales opportunities by providing technical expertise throughout the customer journey and communicating value clearly.
