Neo4j Inc. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer for Financial Services & Insurance.

The role is remote from New York City and focuses on showcasing the Neo4j graph platform to financial services customers, leading technical aspects of the sales cycle, and driving value through architecture demonstrations and workshops. You will partner with sales, services, product and marketing to deliver customer success, build reference architectures, and stay current on Neo4j capabilities and integrations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar role (Sales/Pre-sales/solutions engineer).
• Experience with data technologies: enterprise data architecture, analytics or cloud data architecture.
• Working knowledge of graph databases and related ecosystems.
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs and Agentic AI is required.
• Proven ability to design and implement data solutions in the cloud or on-premises.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for financial services.

Responsibilities

• Articulate business and technical value as a trusted advisor.
• Drive the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles.
• Manage multiple opportunities with discovery, demos and value proofs.
• Co-create reference architectures with customers across cloud or on-prem environments.
• Stay current on Neo4j capabilities and third-party integrations.
• Communicate customer feedback to Product/Engineering/Marketing/Sales.
• Involve in demand generation activities and industry events.
• Lead by example to foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed for deals and team support.
