Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with sales and demonstrate the value of graph data platforms to customers. You will guide technical evaluations, perform demonstrations, and help craft reference architectures across cloud and on-prem environments.

The role emphasizes engagement with multiple stakeholders, rapid qualification, and clear communication of business outcomes, with opportunities for growth in a high-growth, graph-first company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing tech role (Sales/Presales/Solutions Engineer, etc.).
• Experience with data technologies in analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture.
• Working knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph, OrientDB, JanusGraph, etc.).
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs and Agentic AI is a plus.
• Experience designing and implementing data solutions in the cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) or on-premise.

Responsibilities

• Articulate business and technical value of Neo4j to customers as a trusted technical advisor.
• Lead and run the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles.
• Manage multiple opportunities with qualification, discovery, demonstrations, and value proof.
• Build rapport with customer stakeholders at all levels and guide architecture decisions.
• Co-create reference architectures, integrating Neo4j with cloud or on-prem environments.
