Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a Solution Engineer to partner with sales executives, showcasing the value of the graph data platform and managing the technical aspects of the sales cycle. You will help organizations across industries understand how Neo4j graph analytics enable business outcomes, including data relationships and knowledge graphs.

The role focuses on evaluating technology, presenting platform demonstrations, and co-creating reference architectures with customers across AWS, Azure, or GCP

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar role.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science or cloud data architecture.
• Working knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph, OrientDB, JanusGraph).
• Familiar with GenAI, LLMs and Agentic AI.
• Experience designing data solutions in public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or on-premise.
• Ability to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Articulate business and technical value of Neo4j to customers and prospects as a key technical advisor.
• Drive and run the technology evaluation stage of the sales cycles.
• Manage multiple opportunities with activities like qualification, discovery, demonstrations, proof of value, and documentation.
• Build rapport with customer stakeholders at all levels and act as trusted advisor to help them realize Neo4j capabilities.
• Co-create reference and solution architectures with customers, including integrating Neo4j with their architecture in public cloud or on-premise.
• Stay current on Neo4j capabilities and integrations with third-party tools and services.
• Communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
• Lead participation in account-based marketing events and conferences.
