Job summary

Fieldguide, a remote-first company based in San Francisco, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead pre-sales engagements with enterprise customers. You will demonstrate the Fieldguide platform, articulate its value, and work with executives to drive rapid adoption across markets.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Account Executives, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to shape the technical narrative, run proofs of value, and help accelerate deals while contributing to product

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands on enterprise solutions engineering with SaaS deals.
• 2+ years in risk advisory or assurance.
• Experience presenting to C-suite executives during product demos.
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and CRM tools.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand prospects’ challenges and articulate Fieldguide’s value proposition.
• Demonstrate the product to executives and prospects in a compelling way.
• Lead technical validations during the Proof of Value phase.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Design on initiatives.
• Enable onboarding of enterprise customers with Customer Success.
