Fieldguide is a remote-first startup based in San Francisco, offering a best-in-class onboarding program called Fieldguide Accelerator to new customers. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will work with Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams to drive rapid adoption and maximize return on investment.

You will report to Head of Solutions and play a key role in onboarding, customer enablement, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Sales to ensure successful

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology/workpapers review.

Responsabilidades

• Build trust with customers and maintain regular engagement throughout implementation phases.
• Guide growth by outlining goals and activities to meet them with regular reviews.
• Build champions and increase Fieldguide knowledge among customers.
• Advocate for the customer across Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales and other teams.
• Identify success risks early and define action plans to mitigate them.
• Document value by detailing case studies, new use cases and success metrics.
