Job summary

Sequen is seeking an accomplished pre-sales leader to own the technical win in eight-figure enterprise deals, guiding demos, pilots, and evaluations from first conversation to signed agreement.

You will partner with Account Executives, tailor technical narratives to CTOs, heads of product, and engineering teams, and help build scalable demo motions and POC frameworks that translate ranking performance into revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pre-sales / sales engineering / solutions engineering experience.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience with infrastructure, ML/AI, data platforms, or personalization.
• Delivered demos, POCs, and led technical evaluations closing seven- to eight-figure deals.
• Partnered with Account Executives to own the technical win end to end.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical win across full-cycle enterprise sales.
• Run demos and tailored technical presentations for business and technical buyers.
• Design proof-of-value motions — pilots, A/B tests, and evaluations.
• Navigate security reviews and architecture discussions with procurement and legal teams.
• Help build scalable demo motion and POC frameworks and collateral.
