Job summary

Seismic is seeking a Principal Sales Engineer to drive technical engagement and strategy for high-value enterprise opportunities. You will work closely with Account Executives and engage directly with C-suite stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet pressing business priorities.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of customer-facing experience in SaaS, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong command of sales methodologies. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in presales or solutions consulting within an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Ability to engage with executive decision-makers.
• Experience owning complex proof-of-concept engagements.
• Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in sales or marketing technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical and strategic dimension of Seismic's complex enterprise opportunities.
• Engage directly with C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
• Craft and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Lead multi-phase proof-of-concept engagements.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance demo workflows.
• Mentor and coach SEs on various skills.
