Job summary

Quantum Metric is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as the senior technical advisor on our most strategic enterprise opportunities across the Americas. You will guide enterprise accounts from discovery to close, mentor the SE team, and partner with Account Executives and Product/Engineering on post-sale onboarding and roadmap influence.

You will own technical strategy for largest deals end-to-end, demonstrate ROI-based outcomes, and craft tailored demos, including Felix Agentic use

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within SaaS or software.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-layered sales cycles in Digital Experience / Digital Analytics.
• Strong executive presence; credible with architects and C-suite.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ROI-based solutioning; iOS/ Android a plus.
• Experience mentoring SEs and building reusable tools/assets.
• Exceptional storytelling and executive-level presentation skills with aligned teams.
• Disciplined Salesforce hygiene and ability to manage multiple high-stakes deals with 20–25% travel.
• Professional level fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for the most complex enterprise sales cycles across the Americas.
• Architect and lead tailored demonstrations and narratives aligning the platform to business outcomes.
• Lead and de-risk large proof-of-concepts with defined success criteria.
• Design scalable enterprise architectures and articulate ROI-based value propositions.
• Mentor and upskill other Solutions Engineers; serve as a technical escalation point.
• Partner with Account Executives, leadership, and Customer Success on deal orchestration.
• Lead RFP responses and translate customer feedback into product roadmap input.
