Quantum Metric, a remote-first company, seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support high-value sales opportunities across North America. You will guide technical strategy, connect with diverse audiences, and position Quantum Metric as a core component of digital transformation.

Responsibilities include leading technical designs, POC execution, and collaboration with executives, product, and engineering. Travel up to 25% is expected, with a focus on delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within the SaaS/software sector.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills tailored for diverse corporate environments.
• Willingness to travel 20–25%.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advisory across enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Design tailored demonstrations aligning Quantum Metric’s platform with business outcomes.
• Lead complex proof-of-concepts with defined success criteria and measurable value.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering for post-sales onboarding.
• Support RFP responses and provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
