Job summary

Quantum Metric is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be the senior technical adviser on our most strategic enterprise opportunities across the Americas. You will shape technical strategy, demonstrate ROI-driven solutions, and mentor the Solutions Engineering team.

In collaboration with Enterprise Account Executives, you will design demonstrations, lead POCs, and partner with product and engineering on roadmaps. Travel 20-25% and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within SaaS or software.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-layered sales cycles in Digital Experience / Digital Analytics.
• Strong executive presence, credible with both technical teams and C-suite.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Leadership in mentoring SEs and building reusable tools/assets.
• Exceptional storytelling and executive-level presentation skills; disciplined Salesforce hygiene.
• Willingness to travel 20-25%
• Spanish language skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for the most complex enterprise deals across the Americas.
• Architect and lead tailored demonstrations and narratives, including Felix Agentic use cases.
• Lead and de-risk POCs with defined success criteria and quantifiable value.
• Design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures and ROI-based value propositions.
• Mentor and upskill other Solutions Engineers; act as escalation point.
• Partner with Account Executives, RVPs, and Customer Success on deal orchestration.
• Lead RFP responses and provide customer voice for product roadmap.
